Type: Energy/Supplementary
Use cost: 0
Description: The user has the power to mold and form their inner Ki into physical objects greater than basic Ki Blasts, such as large orbs and beams, although they cannot use them at this time.
Effect(s): Allows the user to preform higher, more advanced techniques.
Base Damage: 0
Base Speed: 0
Buying Cost: 300z
Role Playing Cost: 500+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must be learned before learning any other Energy-Based techniques

Name: Flight
Type: Energy/Supplementary
Use cost: 20(Only for ascension, not for every turn used)
Description: The user molds Ki into their body in order to make themselves lighter, allowing for basic flight.
Effect(s): The user can fly, however, not at a very fast rate.
Base Damage: 0
Base Speed: 0
Buying Cost: 400z
Role Playing Cost: 500+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". The user cannot preform things like sudden take-offs.

Name: Super-Flight
Type: Energy/Supplementary
Use cost: 40 for Ascension, 40 per turn in use
Description: The user, now having a better understanding of energy-induced flight, can fly at a faster rate by exerting their energy like a rocket, giving them an aura while flying. However, the energy usage puts a tole on their bodies and they cannot fly for very long.
Effect(s): The user can fly at a much faster speed, as well as have sudden take-offs.
Base Damage: 0
Base Speed: 0
Buying Cost: 600z
Role Playing Cost: 700+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Flight". The user cannot stay in Super-Flight for more than two turns.

Name: Majin/Namekian Regeneration
Type: Energy/Supplementary
Use cost: Any amount
Description: The user has the power to use his/her Ki to heal wounds, for a price.
Effect(s): Allows the user to regenerate damage equal to the Ki used to pay for it.
Base Damage: 0
Base Speed: 0
Buying Cost: 1000z
Role Playing Cost: 800+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". Does NOT count as a one-turn-only technique, but it cannot be used twice in a row, and no more than three times a battle. Must be MAJIN, NAMEKIAN, or ALIEN in Race.

Name: Ki Deflecting Stage 1
Type: Energy
Use cost: The total energy it cost to use the technique deflecting.
Description: The user surrounds their hands in a protective layer of energy, using them to swat away Ki blasts.
Effect(s): Deflects Ki Blasts, but only if you have a higher energy stat than the attack's total damage.
Base Damage: 0, cannot be used in any way to deal damage.
Base Speed: 0
Buying Cost: 650z
Role Playing Cost: 600+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control", can only push back Ki blasts, nothing more.

Name: Paralysis Blast
Type: Energy
Use cost: 50
Description: The user, charging a fully charged Ki Blast, fires a regular Ki blast. However, this Ki blast paralyzes on contact!
Effect(s): Paralyzes an opponent if they have a lower Durability stat then you, making them unable to attack or dodge next turn.(They can still block)
Base Damage: 1/4 of your Energy Stat, Paralysis(if target had higher durability, then just damage, NO boost to base damage is done!)
Base Speed: 1/4 your speed stat(NO boost to base speed is done!)
Buying Cost: 800z
Role Playing Cost: 800+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". This technique counts as a large-blast ki blast

Name: Split Blast
Type: Energy
Use cost: 50
Description: The user, charging a fully charged Ki Blast, fires a regular Ki blast. However, half way through the air, the Ki blast will split into two smaller blasts that both close in on a target from the sides.
Effect(s): Causes a regular blast to split into two smaller halves that collide into one when hitting a target, making dodging a very hard move.
Base Damage: 1/8 your energy stat for each half.(NO boost to base damage is done!)
Base Speed: 1/8 your speed stat for each half.(NO boost to base speed is done!)
Buying Cost: 800z
Role Playing Cost: 800+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". Counts as a large-blast Ki blast.

Name: Homing Blast
Type: Energy
Use cost: 50
Description: The user, charging a fully charged Ki blast, fires a regular Ki blast. However, this blast homes in on the enemy's energy reading and follows him/her around until it hits.
Effect(s): Homes in on a target until it hits, making dodging this attack impossible without a dodging technique.
Base Damage: 1/4 your Energy stat(NO boost to base damage is done!)
Base Speed: 1/4 your Speed stat(NO boost to base speed is done!)
Buying Cost: 800z
Role Playing Cost: 800+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". Counts as a large-blast Ki blast.

Effect(s): Can only clash with other Novice-rank beams and blasts, higher-ranked techniques over-power it and it over-powers lower-ranking techniques.
Base Damage: 30
Base Speed: 20

Role Playing Cost: 850+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control".

Name: Full-Powered Energy Blast
Type: Energy
Use cost: 80
Description: The user charges power in one hand, and extends it forward to fire off an orb of energy. Large, but not very much larger than a Ki Blast.
Effect(s): Can only clash with Novice-rank beams and blasts, higher-ranked techniques over-power it and it over-powers lower ranking techniques.
Base Damage: 32
Base Speed: 15

Name: Full-Powered Energy Volley
Type: Energy
Use cost: 60
Description: The user pulls both of her arms back, charging energy in both hands, and rapidly fires off up to 20 Ki Blasts at once at a target.
Effect(s): Due to it's high amount of Ki Blasts in one, if 10+ hit on target, the rest cannot be blocked.
Base Damage: 1/2 your Energy stat per Ki Blast(NO boost to base damage is done!)
Base Speed: 1/2 your Speed stat(NO boost to base speed is done!)
Buying Cost: 900z
Role Playing Cost: 850+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control".

Name: Full-Powered Energy Barrier
Type: Energy, Defensive technique
Use cost: 80
Description: The user charges energy near their chest, and expels it as a small barrier around their body, protecting them from some attacks.
Effect(s): Deflects attacks dealing up to 100 Damage. Can deflect multiple attacks, but if the total for all is higher than 100, then the barrier is broken and you take undodgable, unblockable damage for the rest!
Base Damage: 10(Only if touched, NO boost to base damage is done!)
Base Speed: 1/2 your Speed Stat(NO boost to base speed is done!)
Buying Cost: 950z
Role Playing Cost: 900+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki control".

Name: Full-Powered Energy Finger Blast
Type: Energy
Use cost: 60
Description: The user charges energy in one of their fingertips, and then extends their arm forward to launch a thin but fast beam of energy from their finger.
Effect(s): Pierces(Breaks through weapons, destroying them, and breaks through guards dealing the full amount of damage)
Base Damage: 15
Base Speed: 30
Buying Cost: 600z
Role Playing Cost: 700+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control".

Name: Full-Powered Explosive wave
Type: Energy
Use cost: 90
Description: The user accumulates energy throughout their body and forces it out in an explosive field of power around him/herself about 5 meters in range.
Effect(s): Negates all Energy-based attacks being used in the area around the user, and harms anyone in the vicinity of the user, friend or foe. The user must "rest" during their next turn, unable to use another technique and more than 1 basic attack, that is not a large blast or a hard hit.
Base Damage: 40
Base Speed: 10
Buying Cost: 1000z
Role Playing Cost: 1000+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control".

Name: Antenna Beam
Type: Energy
Use cost: 50
Description: The user conducts energy into their antenna, and then shoots it out as a static beam of energy!
Effect(s): Paralyzes an opponent if they have a lower Durability stat then you, making them unable to attack or dodge next turn.(They can still block)
Base Damage: 23
Base Speed: 10

Name: Invisible Ki Blast
Type: Energy
Use cost: 15, 20, or 30, going by size of Ki Blast used, swapped with the original costs.
Description: The user's Ki blast, small to large, becomes invisible to sight, making dodging harder!
Effect(s): The user's Ki blast is fired regularly, and does the same amount of damage, however, it is invisible making Dodging impossible.
Base Damage: 1/8, 1/6, or 1/4 your Energy stat depending on the size of the Ki blast(NO boost to base damage is done!)
Base Speed: 1/8, 1/6, or 1/4 your Speed stat depending on the size of the Ki blast(NO boost to base speed is done!)

Description: The user charges energy focused at the pupils, and fires two thin beams of energy when ready.

Effect(s): Deflects Energy Based-Techniques, but only if you have a higher energy stat than the attack's total damage and only of Novice or lower rank.
Base Damage: 0, cannot be used in any way to deal damage.

Description: The user holds an arm out, and charges a swirling mass of razor-sharp energy in the shape of a flat disk. The disk is then thrown at a target.
Effect(s): Can cut through rocks and weapons!
Base Damage: 65
Base Speed: 70
Buying Cost: 1400z
Role Playing Cost: 1500+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". Can be charged for the beginning of the turn-disallowing any other attacks/techniques, to deal an added 40 damage.

Name: All-Mighty Punisher
Type: Energy/Physical(does count as Physical for things like Afterimage)
Use cost: 85
Description: The user forms an orb of energy in one hand, and slams it directly into a target's chest, where it expands to a small explosion.
Effect(s): Once hit it cannot be blocked.
Base Damage: 80
Base Speed: 55
Buying Cost: 1600z
Role Playing Cost: 1500+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control".

Name: Rapid Blaster
Type: Energy
Use cost: 90 Ki
Description: The user extends both arms forward, palms out. Then, the constantly bombard a target with numerous Ki blasts!
Effect(s): Once hit the rest cannot be dodged.
Base Damage: 55
Base Speed: 75
Buying Cost: 1700z
Role Playing Cost: 1500+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Full-Powered Energy Volley". Once preformed, if dodged, the user cannot move until the attack is finished, making dodging another attack impossible that turn.(except with dodge moves!)

Name: Golden Ball
Type: Energy
Use cost: 100 Ki
Description: The user holds both arms above his/her head, and charges an expanding mass of golden energy, flinging it down upon a target.
Effect(s): Creates an explosion, if caught in it, they take an extra 20 Damage.
Base Damage: 85
Base Speed: 30
Buying Cost: 1900z
Role Playing Cost: 1700+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". Can be charged for the beginning of the turn-disallowing any other attacks/techniques, to deal an added 60 damage.

Name: Kamehame-Ha
Type: Energy
Use cost: 70 Ki
Description: The user cups their hands at their waist, usually extending them forward first to aim a bit, and charge energy in their palms in the form of a sphere. At this point it is not uncommon to have the user chant "Ka...me...ha...me..." and then thrust their arms outward releasing the beam like a torpedo of power, at the same time yelling "HA!".
Effect(s): Deals Damage.
Base Damage: 95
Base Speed: 75
Buying Cost: 0z
Role Playing Cost: 0 Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control", must have completed the "Kamehame-Ha Technique Training" mission. Can be charged for the beginning of the turn-disallowing any other attacks/techniques, to deal an added 90 damage.

Name: Solar Flare
Type: Energy
Use cost: 40 Ki
Description: The user spreads their fingers out, and touches the tips of their fingers to their forehead, expelling a sudden burst of bright energy that blinds any and all in it's range!
Effect(s): Temporarily blinds anyone in the area, making one other attack the user uses unblockable.(May still be dodged by things like after-image)
Base Damage: 0
Base Speed: 1000
Buying Cost: 0z
Role Playing Cost: 0 Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control", must have completed the "Solar Flare Technique Training" mission.

Name: Dodon-Pa
Type: Energy
Use cost: 60 Ki
Description:The user extends two fingers outwards, and forms a small sphere at the tips. Usually screaming "Dodonpa!", the user then blasts the sphere into a long beam of energy that explodes on contact-unlike most other finger-based beams that pierce.
Effect(s): Deals Damage
Base Damage: 85
Base Speed: 120
Buying Cost: 0z
Role Playing Cost: 0 Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". Must have completed the "Dodon-Pa Technique Training" mission.

Name: Telekinetic Powers
Type: Energy
Use cost: 80 Ki
Description: The user concentrates on an object, and using both brain power and inner Ki, they are able to completely paralyze a target!
Effect(s): Uses brain-power to stop beings, so if the target has a lower power level than the user, then they cannot move. However, if the user breaks concentration for ANYTHING, including going for an attack, the technique is broken!
Base Damage: 0
Base Speed: 800
Buying Cost: 0z
Role Playing Cost: 0 Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control". Must have completed the "Telekinetic Powers Technique Training" mission.

Name: Bending Kamehame-ha
Type: Energy

Description: The user charges and fires a Kamehame-ha like he/she normally would, but now they can turn it up or down by literally pulling on the beam!
Effect(s): Allows for one dodge-cancel, unless a special dodge move is used.
Base Damage: 95
Base Speed: 75
Buying Cost: 1900z
Role Playing Cost: 1800+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Kamehame-Ha". Cannot be charged for the turn like the regular Kamehame-ha.

Name: Gallick Gun
Type: Energy

Description: The user curls their fingers, and places their hands together above their head. Then, they gain a colored aura that sparks electrically, until the charging is finished. Then. the extend both arms forward and fire off an immense beam of energy!
Effect(s): Deals Damage.

Description: Much like the Final Flash, the user extends two fingers to their sides, forming glowing energy spheres at the tips, and then brings their fingers together to shoot a beam of energy at a target.

Name: Chasing Bullet

Description: The user supports an outstretched palm with their other arm, and charges a medium-sized beam that fires and follows the target until it hits something!
Effect(s): Deals Damage, follows target making dodging impossible(without a dodge move)

Base Speed: 80

Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control", must have 20,00+ Power-level.

Name: Ghost Kamikaze Attack
Type: Energy
Use cost: 40 Ki per ghost
Description: The user inhales deeply, and then belches out concentrated Ki in the shape of small, Casper-like ghosts with the user's head. They explode on contact with anything-including each other!
Effect(s): Deals Damage for each explosion.
Base Damage: 45 per ghost
Base Speed: 60 per ghost
Buying Cost: 2300z
Role Playing Cost: 2000+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control", must have 15,00+ Power-level.

Name: Super Kamehame-ha
Type: Energy
Use cost: 100 Ki
Description: The user preforms a Kamehameha like they usually would, however, this one's size and power are both increased tremendously, making the once moderate technique very, very powerful.
Effect(s): Deals Damage.
Base Damage: 120
Base Speed: 90
Buying Cost: 2700z
Role Playing Cost: 2500+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Kamehame-ha", must have 30,00+ Power-level.

Name: Death Cannon
Type: Energy
Use cost: 108 Ki
Description: Much like the "Chasing Bullet" technique, the user uses one arm to support the other outstretched one, and charges a large energy ball in their palm that expands and launches at a target.
Effect(s): Deals Damage.
Base Damage: 100
Base Speed: 45
Buying Cost: 2000z
Role Playing Cost: 2100+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control".

Name: Spirit Bomb
Type: Energy
Use cost: 120 Ki
Description: The user raises both hands over their head for ten seconds, gathering natural energy into a large sphere above them. Then, this orb of positive energy is thrown at a target where it's good power is immense!
Effect(s): Deals 2x damage to Negative-aligned characters, does 1/2 damage to positively aligned characters.
Base Damage: The user's energy stat(no other boost is given)
Base Speed: 30
Buying Cost: 0z
Role Playing Cost: 0+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control", must have completed the "Learning the Spirit Bomb" Mission, Must be charged an entire turn before usage, meaning the user cannot block/dodge/attack/use an item during the charging or the throwing turn of the technique.

Name: Burning Attack
Type: Energy
Use cost: 95 Ki
Description: The user preforms a lot of rapid hand-movements, ending with the user's hands outstretched in front of them, their index and thumb fingers touching like a diamond. Then, the user fires a "bullet" of flaming energy at a target.
Effect(s): Deals Damage.
Base Damage: 90
Base Speed: 70
Buying Cost: 2300z
Role Playing Cost: 2000+ Word Count
Restrictions: Must have learned "Ki Control".
