Description: a saiyan space pod landed on earth and a figure got out. Their hair spiked up crazily and they became gigantic and heavily muscled. It's the legendary super saiyan! Take down this tremendous foe before he kills everyone!
Rewards: 1750 zenni/250 exp
Possible Rewards: alignment based on how his is taken down (sent back or killed), extra exp and zenni for an especially good roleplay and detailed everything perfectly.

Possible Rewards: alignment depending on what challenges are.

I like the second one, but it may be a good idea to raise the word count for the first one to 3500+, and the EXP to 250, because it will be a long, hard battle.

Requirements: Power level of 20,000
Description: A man wanted to go back in time to discover dinosaur bones for proof, seeing that dinosaurs exist, but the time machine went wrong! Now, the city you're currently in, everything from the past is now coming to the present! Dinosaurs, cave men, and more monsterous things! Might be even things from other dimensions that are stronger than you! You must stop the time machine from creating more creatures, and stop all the creatures before the world is done for!
Rewards:400 EXP/500 Zenni
Possible Rewards: a +4 alignment if you help stop the monsters and the time machine, or -5 if you decided to help, but however take over the town you're in (No not the world)

I like the idea of your mission, but the rank/rewards/requirements are very far off.

More specifically:

1. The word count is way too high, 5000+ would take quite some time to do and this site is supposed to be rather fast-paced.

2. The experience is fine, but the Zenni reward is very, very small for a legendary quest(which is a rank~), and an extra 10,000 is also way too high. (And I'm assuming that the +5 are alignment points?)

3. The requirement of 7,000 + powerlevel is too low. It may seem high now, because you start at 600, but as I discovered in the staff bonus, adding an extra 100 to each stat makes your power-level almost double-you and any other members would be in the thousands in no-time.

4. This sounds like a mission that should be done in groups. My advice-make one of the requirements that it must be done by a team/group.
