And the legend. Will everyone else get it BESIDES The Admins and Mods? E.G:

Saiyans/Saiyan Hybrid.

It means that if your in a role play with more than one person, you have to give everyone a chance to post before you.

And I'm going to say that the minimum word count is 200, that seems fair enough.

Ohh, so it's like a posting order. But I have a little few more questions (Sorry if I'm being a pain and all):

1. I have a suggestion for the rules: Do NOT make clones of yourself. For example, if you're battling with someone on your main, and your battling someone else with your other main, that wouldn't really make sense. Maybe a little warning would help as a punishment.

2. Ranks: Saiyans/Saiyan/Hrbird, Android, Changelings, etc. When will other players get it?

3. Is there any chance that regular roleplays will gain EXP like the quests and training? Like for example, the title of my RP would be.. Getting A Job, and it's regular, and my WC is at least 665

4. What is the maximum of characters we should have?

Yes it is exactly like posting order and your making briliant questions.

1. I think this would be a good policy, and I believe it's called multi-threading. I'll add that now.

2. When your character is accepted an admin will promote you to one of the ranks depending on your race.

3. Yes, regular role plays DO gain EXP/Zeni/Alignment points/SP, but it all depends on the content and what the admin judges it should get.

4. 2, if i remember the rules correctly. You can have a custom character, and then a Canon-but only if you have a character of at least level 10.

Oh and two more things:

1. For the 2 characters part, is there anyway to get 2 canons, or 2 alts instead of one in each?

3. And since you approved me, I can be the Saiyan rank?

You can have 2 alts, but NOT 2 cannons!(Can't have one member hogging both Freiza and Cooler, etc.)

And yes that can be your characters appearance.
